Kaveri’s Coco Peat factory is located in heart of coconut belt, 150Km north west of Bangalore, India. After extensive R efforts, company has commissioned world’s first fully mechanized continuous processing of Coco Peat. Product is free from soil and other extraneous materials/contaminants. Baby fiber in peat is cut to optimal size and blend back at pre determined levels to improve expandability and porosity. Coco pith thoroughly washed, treated to customize ionic environment and dried in an in house designed drier. Weeds seeds are de-activated in process. The product is virtually sterile.

Buffered Coco Peat:

Our treatment process ensures that free and bound ions (Calcium, Sodium, Potassium, Chlorides, Magnesium, Nitrates) in peat are in conformity with specifications as suggested by RHP of Holland. Thus, buffered product can be used directly after moisturization by end users.
