this is a scammer. all over the internet these
people from africa and other places claim to be church people on a
mission or some other joke and have a free monkey, dog, puppy, turtle
whatever for free and all you need to do is send them money to cover the
travel expenses. Yea then they run with your money. And bye the way one
does not declaw a monkey, so recheck the add. If they are not speaking
proper english and it sounds fishy it is a
